LABOR UTILIZATION ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION

Your personnel can wear BuzNet tags (for a study or as part of a permanent routine). Among other things, Buzby Networks can help you identify non-value add motion and help you determine what to do to correct inefficiencies.
For example, in one study, Buzby Networks observed excessive non-value add travel of personnel between a CAD computer design lab and a CNC machine on the shop floor. In such a case, adding a CAD-enabled PC at the CNC can dramatically reduce travel and time to reference designs.

With a permanent installation of BuzNet RTLS, you can find your most valuable assets when you need them. Assets can also be associated with tagged personnel (i.e., who has an asset "checked out" by association). With BuzNet Base Station software, you can search for what you need when you need it.
Visitor Security
Where are your visitors? Where are they authorized to be?
With a permanent installation of BuzNet RTLS, you can monitor visitors and even on-site personnel at all time. You can define various authorized and unauthorized zones for all your tags, groups/classes of tags, or even for individual tags.
For example, you might color-code your tags for various levels of authorization ... purple tags are allowed in purple zones, green are allowed in green, etc. This is highly useful to industrial sites with high security needs.
If a tag wanders into an unauthorized zone you can have silent alerts sent to the need-to-know personnel.
